Vanelle and I have been friends for fifteen years. So, when she asked me for destination wedding photography to shoot her wedding in her birthplace in Oahu to honor tradition, I was honored and excited to have a blast shooting her wedding. I know the family, we share mutual friends and it was in Hawaii.

Aside from shooting the wedding, I was able to dive with sharks, adventure on extreme helicopter rides over Manoa Falls, and snorkel all while catching up with old friends. I am so happy that she is married to her high school sweetheart and look forward to many more adventures with these two. To see a couple that you’ve believed in for years grow and complement one another is a beautiful thing.
